Kaizena, meaning ‘good change’ in Japanese, allows instructors and students to give feedback and comments on Google docs.  Kaizena can be used as a student-to-teacher tool or as a peer-assessment tool.  With Kaizena, specific feedback can be given on highlighted sections of the doc in a number of ways including:Kaizena

  • Recorded voice
  • Text
  • Lesson Plans (Attach materials and videos to lessons plans)
  • Skills Rating (Create skills that students should be rated on, e.g. spelling)
