Cameron is an Instructional Support Analyst on the iTeam. Prior to joining the University of San Diego, she worked in the for-profit sector in the Training and Human Resources fields. She is a seasoned facilitator and instructional designer with experience designing and facilitating hands-on software, operational, business and management courses. As an instructional designer, Cameron is dedicated to developing content that relevant, digestible, immediately useable and has an aesthetic appeal. As a former Learning Management System administrator, she also has experience providing administrative-level support for a diverse group of over 20,000 users.
Cameron has a passion for training and higher education and shares in the University’s commitment to academic excellence and expanding professional knowledge. She is excited to partner with faculty to incorporate technology in the classroom to help streamline course administration, connect with students and improve outcomes.
Cameron holds a B.A. in Anthropology from UC Berkeley and a PHR certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute. She is a board member of YALLA , the only college preparatory organization in California that uses soccer and academic programs to motivate refugee and immigrant youth to rebuild their lives.
